Our returns and exchanges policy is as follows:
In-store: 14 days - exchange or store credit. No cash refunds. Store credit does not expire and can be used in any location or online.
Online: 7 days from receipt - All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized, please contact us at info@thecabana.ca.
For exchanges - receiver pays return shipping and we will pay the shipping on the exchange item back to you.
For returns - receiver pays return shipping. Once the item(s) have been received and inspected, a refund for merchandise will be issued.
Jewelry, eyewear and items discounted 30% off or more are final sale.
All items must be returned in sellable condition, with original tags.
