Welcome to The Cabana — your go-to spot for beach days, sunny escapes, and laid-back style. We keep things easy, fair, and transparent so you can shop stress-free.


🌊 1. The Basics

By cruising our site or shopping with us in-store, you’re agreeing to the policies below. They help us keep everything running smooth for everyone.

We may tweak these from time to time — the version posted when you order is the one that applies.


📦 2. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email. When it ships, we’ll send tracking so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

If you don’t see our emails, check your spam folder — sometimes they wipe out there.

After your order leaves us, the courier has the latest updates.


🚚 3. Shipping

We hustle to get your gear out fast:

  • In-stock items ship within 24–48 business hours

  • Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, Purolator & Canpar

  • Free shipping orders go with the best carrier for your location

  • Delivery times are estimates — sometimes waves (and life) don’t move perfectly on schedule

Weather, customs, or service slowdowns are out of our hands once your package ships.

Double-check your address at checkout — incorrect info can send your order on an unexpected adventure.

📬 Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked delivered, it’s considered in your hands. If something’s off, check with neighbors or your local courier ASAP.


🌍 4. International Orders

We ship worldwide 🌎
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. If a package is refused due to unpaid fees, original shipping costs aren’t refundable.


📸 5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order shows up looking like it wiped out, email customerservice@thecabana.ca within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging — we’ll help sort it out.

If a parcel goes missing, the carrier must confirm it’s lost before we can move forward.


6. Order Cancellations

Need to pull the plug? Email us ASAP. We can cancel orders before they ship. Once shipped, they follow our return policy.


🔁 7. Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked with your purchase.

  • Email returns@thecabana.ca to start

  • Items must be back within 14 days of delivery

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Items must be:

✔ Unworn & unwashed
✔ No stains, smells, makeup, deodorant, self-tan, or pet hair
✔ Tags attached
✔ Original condition

👙 Swimwear

For hygiene reasons, swim must have the liner intact and show zero signs of wear.

🚫 Final Sale

Items 30% off or more, jewelry, eyewear, underwear, and marked final sale items can’t be returned.

Shipping fees aren’t refundable.


🧵 8. Fit & Care

Every body’s built different — size charts are guides, not guarantees.
Follow care instructions to keep your gear looking fresh. We can’t cover shrinkage, fading, chlorine/salt wear, or washing mishaps.


💲 9. Pricing Slip-Ups

Mistakes happen (we’re human). If pricing or product info is incorrect, we may cancel the order.


🔒 10. Fraud Protection

For everyone’s safety, we may cancel or hold orders that look suspicious or unauthorized.


🎁 11. Gift Cards

Gift cards never expire and can be used in-store or online. Treat them like cash — we can’t replace lost or stolen ones.


📸 12. Our Content

All photos, logos, and designs belong to The Cabana. Please don’t use them without permission.


⚖️ 13. Liability

To the extent allowed under Canadian law, we’re not responsible for indirect or unexpected damages from product use or site access.

Customers agree not to hold The Cabana responsible for issues caused by misuse of products or breaking these terms.


🌪️ 15. Things Beyond Our Control

Natural disasters, government rules, supply chain chaos — sometimes life throws a rogue wave. We aren’t liable for delays caused by these events.
